CONTRACT TERMS

As Of                        we commence the set proposed budget and outline that

summarizes the Contract of Services including the material costs, advertising costs and is set by a $125 per man hour budgeted in total for completion is based on the detailed outline of services. Some alterations to the outline or services may alter the final production hours per phase. All project phase and time spent per phase will be preauthorize prior to the next phase of work. All payments rendered per phase to be paid in full plus a 10% deposit at time of signing this contract. Current estimation for creative campaign and all parts pertaining to the outlined campaign are itemized and estimated at $94,400. This includes all optimization for 1 year after or 12 hours of additional upgrades at no additional charge.

Once the one year contract is up, a revision or negotiation of $125/hour rate will be offered for all creative services which include graphic design, website development and any other media services desired.

INSPIRATION

With a sustainable product that may offer solutions to a current global warming, energy crisis California, I found much inspiration as to the market to target by viewing potential product partners as Energy Star, which is backed by the government. This energy saving program offers products, similar to e-climate such as low energy Windows ,appliances, and ways to expend less energy. The inspiration and research on spending less is more seemed to be a relevant “easy” solution.

I then found this really great site, http://inventorspot.com/articles/green_inventive_marketing_6092 which had the best designed environment ads out.

Green Peace ad inspired me to really target the climate control, easy to save energy, to save the world idea.

So I utilized the idea, however remained a bit angular with form and function. I thought the simplicity and the impact of the missing snowman really drove a message home.

Research continued with upcoming environment control strategies, the future of the apple Iphone, where you can virtually be anywhere at any time. How innovative it would be to have a product that you could promote not only from the palm of your hand, also that the consumer could communicate and control energy in their phone by the palm of their hand.

As there are many styles that we could present E-climate, the following creative campaign is developed utilizing the styles of both Modern Art and Swiss art. Modern Art, composes as style where architectural art form and function marry to develop an aesthetically pleasing, styled work of art. The style originated in the Bauhuas craftsmanship where anything from cathedral buildings to modern tea pots carried about an artistic flare, and yet filled the purpose of function.

In addition, we will carry out the impact of direct communication that the swiss art influence continues to have. I find this in the environment movements and there are many great art works to influence the style The Swiss style directly communicates, and in
utilizing this, we will apply bold statements and innovative photography to present our campaign.

Doug Green, an engineer for Boeing, a NASA winning the Presidents Award, has developed a programmable thermostat that may have positive impact on a consumer as well as save precious earthly resources.

Sustainable Product
This business manufactures a new Thermostat that is programmable by the customer’s computer to adjust home/office temperature.
The benefit will save the consumer money and a convenient means to control their temperature, home environment through the convenience of doing so by a computer login, from anywhere in the world.

environment friendly and conscious consumer, ages 24 to 50

As this is a product that may change the way we control our energy consumption, the audience that will be researched is the home consumer and small business sector. As it involves the concern with the temperature control of the home environment primarily, it will also be launched with the vacation/resort rental market, targeting areas of extreme hot and cold temperatures. It is into these areas that the majority of energy consumption occurs with both air conditioning and heating use.

As a Senior Project for my Bachelor's Degree, I was challenged to develop a comprehensive campaign, involving budget, creativity, and a comprehensive timeline to do so. A challenge was met by collaborating with the need of my client as
well as successfully
branding and promoting their product.
